The C7 statement after the G7 Ministerial Meeting on Development | Aidos

The G7 Ministerial Meeting on Development, held in Pescara on October 24th, was followed by the Civil 7 (C7), the platform for Civil Society Organizations that follows the work of the G7 to advocate for the promotion of gender equality, human rights, the environment, social and economic development and well-being for all people.

The statement reiterates the request to G7 Development Ministers to recognize gender violence in all its forms as a structural problem, and consider its eradication is an essential component and prerequisite for sustainable development.
