In the context of the World Anthropology Day (AnthroDay) that will be in Rome from March 5 to 7, Aidos, together with other organizations, will organize the workshop “Abortion, knowledge and mutalism: care and resistance”.
The workshop wants to explore sexual health and rights as spaces crossed by borders, mobility and inequality, but also by mutualism and autonomy practices.
The discussion will focus on issues related to bodies that moves for accessing abortion, to knowledge that flows through transnational networks, and to policies and legislative systems producing inactions and injustices.
Starting from mutualistic experiences, collective practices, and transfeminist dialogues, it will be explored how technology, policies, and movements redefine care, building networks of solidarity, support, and grassroot resistance.
