At this event, the challenges and opportunities facing women and girls in rural areas in terms of policies and actions to achieve gender equality will be discussed for greater commitment to ensuring that no woman or girl is left behind. The event will bring a south feminist analysis to the entire G20 process and will provide recommendations for G20 governments. The event will have experts to present on the following key issues:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Panel 1: Women in rural areas and large Infrastructure development projects (IFIs)<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Panel 2: Women in rural areas and Renewable energy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Panel 3. Women in rural areas and Issues of Land and livelihoods, criminalization of women\u2019s rights defenders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Panel 4: Women in rural areas: access to services and GBV<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aidos.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/conference-program.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>DOWNLOAD THE CONFERENCE PROGRAM<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Each panel will see the participation of two panelists and will be moderated by a journalist. Each panelist gives one key recommendation on the topics discussed.
